If you plan to use our beds on a wooden, laminate, or tiled floor, it is essential to attach "anti-slip pads" to all the legs that come into contact with the floor. You can find these pads in felt or rubber materials at most hardware stores, and they are reasonably priced.

These pads serve to protect your floor from marks and prevent slipping incidents.

Please note that not applying these pads will result in no returns for the product and any requested spare parts.

In the unfortunate and rare event that your order does not get delivered, or if your order is damaged on arrival, we will replace or refund your order. Guaranteed.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimate please email support@bedzy.co.uk so we can provide a resolution.

If your order has been delivered, but is damaged on arrival then please send photo proof and a description of the damage to support@bedzy.co.uk immediately.

If you claim a refund for an item damaged on arrival, please keep the original boxes as we may need to have the item sent back to us for inspection.

For everything else, we offer a 12 month warranty on all furniture and homewares for added peace of mind.

We also welcome manual payments via bank transfer, however if paying by this option we must wait for the payment to clear before we can dispatch your order.

To pay via bank transfer, please contact one of our customer care representatives to create your manual order.

Bedzy process all orders almost immediately after placing your order, however we will only dispatch your items when the full payment has cleared.

The fastest way to pay is via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Card Payments, Clearpay, Klarna or Laybuy as payment is usually cleared immediately. 

We ship out all items the following business day following cleared payment.

Absolutely! You will be notified via email throughout each stage of the ordering process from initial confirmation, to shipping notification.

We make it our mission to offer the best value for money on new furniture in the UK. If you happen to find a cheaper advertised price, we will match it!

Plus, even if you have already placed your order, we honour our price match guarantee up to 24 hours after your order is placed! 

HOW DO I REQUEST A PRICE MATCH WITH BEDZY? 

Simply present proof of the competitor’s advertised price by sending a link to support@bedzy.co.uk which includes their shipping cost for the identical product, and provide your postcode in the subject line. 

Proof can include a screenshot, or a web link. 

Our team will then verify the request by checking the competitors product is identical, available for immediate sale, and check shipping rates. Once verified, we will create a custom order for you. If you have already ordered, we will refund you the difference.

The price match is only valid prior to purchase, until 24 hours after your purchase.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and normally take place between 7am and 8pm.

You must leave a signed note for the driver instructing to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If you are not at home, or do not leave a note, the driver will leave a calling message via email or a calling card with further instructions. Please follow the instructions on the card or email to re-schedule your delivery. 

Orders can be absolutely be left with a neighbour. To arrange this, you must leave a signed note for the driver, instructing them to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place – e.g garden, front porch, etc.

Please note: If you leave a signed note for the driver, this is a signature of authorisation for the order to be left unattended and we will not be liable for theft or damages.

To prevent unnecessary claim delays, we ask that the following is included on the initial claim email:
- Order Number
- Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
- Images/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable)
- Images/Video clearly showing goods in original packaging (if applicable)

Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:
- Send an email including pictures or video of the product received demonstrating the fault (If applicable, also include the manual with the part needed circled and inform the quantity).
- Provide a detailed description of the fault. 
- We will assess each situation on a case by case basis. We will advise on whether we will send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund or replace the product.
- Please do not return the product to us unless instructed to do so. If we need the product returned, we will provide a return label.

How to start the change of mind returns process

Please send an email to support@bedzy.co.uk with your full name, order number, and attach pictures and/or a video showing the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return product and if the item is eligible for return.

You have 14 days from receipt of goods to return any unwanted orders. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include as many details about the reason for your return & refund request when you reach out to us. Any refund or exchange is offered entirely at our own discretion and all goods and services must be unused. We cannot issue a refund once the goods or services are used. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed after receipt of the return, and the return to our warehouse must be at your own arrangement and cost. 

Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation as we operate multiple warehouses and the return address will vary. We recommend using 'parcel monkey' or 'parcel to go' to compare costs for multiple courier companies and to book your collection once we have provided the return address. 

Please note: mattresses, pillows, & bedding products cannot be exchanged once opened due to health and safety concerns. 

Once a change of mind return has been accepted by the Bedzy Support Team, we will email you full instructions. 

Please double check that you have searched through the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during transit.

If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.

If available, circle the missing part on your instruction manual and send us a picture so we know exactly what part to send to you.

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not have showrooms and physical retail stores which typically come with large overhead costs. We are 100% online so we can pass all these savings directly onto you and keep our prices as low as possible.

We do not currently provide an assembly service. Rest assured the majority of our products are easy to put together and come with simple instructions. We can also provide an extra set of instructions, which you can view online in the rare case your item did not come with instructions or they have become lost.
