Delivery Times:

  1. Mattress Deliveries:

      • Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days, Monday to Friday, to UK Mainland.
  2. Bed Deliveries:

    • Typically, bed deliveries are completed within 5-10 working days.
    • For more remote and rural areas, please allow up to 14+ working days. Refer to our delivery table for specific information.

Order Processing:

When you place your order, it enters our streamlined delivery system. You will promptly receive an email order confirmation to validate your purchase. If you haven't received this confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder and mark "" as a trusted sender to ensure you receive important updates.

Large Orders:

For large items such as beds, our dedicated support team will reach out to you via phone or email to confirm your assigned delivery date.

Smaller Orders:

Smaller orders will typically be dispatched via our trusted courier partners, and you'll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the system before checking its status.

Delivery Day:

Alternative Delivery Instructions:

If you'd like to leave your order with a neighbor or in a specific safe location (e.g., garden, garage, front porch, side gate), please provide a signed note for the driver with clear instructions. Please note that items will only be left if the driver deems it safe to do so, ensuring the protection of your purchase.

Delivery Details:

  • Deliveries will be made to your front door.
  • For apartments and flats, deliveries will be brought to the ground floor entrance only.
  • Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments, and with different carriers.
    Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We aim to deliver your order promptly; however, delivery times are estimates starting from the shipment date, not the order date, and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Unsupported Postcodes 

Regrettably, our delivery partners are unable to serve the following regions: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, and specific areas within the Scottish Highlands. Additionally, we do not deliver to PA postcodes ranging from PA20 to PA80.

How much does delivery cost? 
Bedzy deliveries are free to most United Kingdom mainland postcodes in England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. 

When will my delivery take place? 
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and normally take place between 8am and 8pm

I will not be at home for my delivery, what will happen?
You can leave a signed note for the driver instructing to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a calling message via email or a calling card with further instructions. Please follow the instructions on the card or email to re-schedule your delivery. 

Can I leave the delivery with a neighbour or safe place?
Orders can be left with a neighbour, or a signed note can be left for the driver, instructing them to leave your order in a safe place – e.g garden, front porch. If you leave a signed note for the driver, this is a signature of authorisation for the order to be left unattended. We will not be liable for theft or damages. 

Do you provide an assembly service?
We do not currently provide an assembly service. Rest assured the majority of our products are easy to put together and come with simple instructions.  Some of our products even have assembly videos available to view to help you. We can also provide an extra set of instructions, which you can view online in the rare case your item did not come with instructions or they have become lost.
