Delivery Times

  • Standard Home Goods: Deliveries within the UK Mainland are estimated between 1-4 working days from dispatch. Smaller items typically arrive in 1-2 days, while larger packages may take 2-4 days. Please check the specific listing for more accurate timings.
  • Mattress Deliveries: Our mattresses are delivered within 2-6 business days from dispatch, Monday to Friday, exclusively to the UK Mainland.
  • Bed Deliveries: Given their size and weight, bed deliveries usually take 5-10 working days from dispatch. For remote or rural locations, please allow up to 14+ working days. We'll need a pre-delivery notice for large items, so please ensure your contact details are accurate when ordering.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, it's immediately entered into our delivery system. An email confirmation will be sent to your email address. If not received, please check your junk/spam folder and mark "support@bedzy.co.uk" as safe. We typically dispatch orders Monday to Friday and aim to process within 1-3 business days. In case of delays, we'll inform you as soon as possible. For faster processing and dispatch, we recommend the use of our priority processing service which can be selected at checkout. 

Priority Processing Service

Bedzy offers Priority Processing, an expedited service that fast-tracks your order through the processing and verification queue. When you select Priority Processing at checkout, your order is given top priority, ensuring it gets processed, verified, and sent to the warehouse much faster than regular orders.

Not only does your order benefit from an accelerated journey through the processing and verification queue, but it also comes with an additional advantage—priority access to available stock. This means that your selected items are not only fast-tracked through the initial stages of processing but also given preferential treatment when it comes to available inventory.

As a result, you not only enjoy the efficiency of a quicker processing and verification process but also the assurance of priority access to stock, ensuring that your desired bedding essentials are secured promptly. While Priority Processing expedites the initial stages of the order, it's essential to note that standard shipping estimates still apply from dispatch.

For items like beds, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery date.

For Standard Orders

Dispatched through trusted couriers (Yodel, Amazon Shipping, Evri, DX, Palletways), you'll receive a tracking number for convenience.

Bedzy Shipping Protection Promise

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a guarantee for undelivered orders or items that arrive damaged, with options for a replacement or refund. Contact us within seven days of delivery if issues arise.

Alternative Delivery Instructions

For deliveries to neighbours or a safe location, leave a signed note with clear instructions for the driver. Note, we are not liable for any loss or damage if left without a signature, per customer request.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments or with different carriers.

Ensure Smooth Delivery

Double check that you have provided us the correct delivery address, postcode, and a valid contact number to avoid any delays. You can check this on the confirmation that is emailed to you immediately after placing your order.

Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order. We dispatch goods within 1 working day, and while we attempt to retrieve dispatched items, they may still reach you. Reject the delivery if so, and upon return, a full refund will be processed.

While we strive to deliver items from the same order together, we cannot guarantee this due to different serviced warehouse operations.
